Preparation method

Place the banana in a container and mash it with a fork. Add the egg, coconut oil, honey, oat bran and ground cinnamon and mix until the ingredients are well incorporated. Finally add the yeast and mix again. Then, grease a cup with coconut oil, pour in the dough and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
