Strawberry protein candy: easy and delicious recipe for your diet


It doesn’t even look like fitness, but it contains about 13g of protein

When we talk about dessert we easily associate it with a calorie “bomb”, right? It turns out that there are several ways to adapt to healthy consumption, even of delicious candy. For this reason, with the help of clinical and sports nutritionist Henrique Difesatto, we have put together a recipe for strawberry protein sweets, which is very easy to prepare. Watch:




Strawberry protein candy recipe

ingredients

  • 1 dose of vanilla or coconut flavored whey;
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of powdered milk (20 g);
  • 2 squares of 60-70% chocolate;
  • 5 or 6 strawberries.

Preparation method

  1. Place the whey and milk powder in a bowl and add a little water until it reaches the consistency of a cream;
  2. Cut the strawberries into small pieces;
  3. In another bowl, place the chocolate and microwave until melted, usually 30 seconds to a minute;
  4. In two silicone molds, arrange in this order: chocolate, whey cream and chopped strawberries;
  5. Place in the freezer until firm;
  6. The time is between 15 and 45 minutes.

Alternatively, you can use other fruits, such as bananas, kiwis and mangoes.
