Truffle panettone

Time: 1h (+2h in the fridge)

Performance: 10 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 panettone (500g)
  • 1/2 kg of chopped milk chocolate
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 cup (tea) of dried fruit

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the lid of the panettone and remove the core, leaving a 2 cm wall. Reserve the breadcrumbs.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream, the nuts and mix well.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of the chocolate mixture and mix the remaining chocolate with half the crumbled crumbs.
  4. Fill the cavity of the panettone with the chocolate mixed with the panettone crumb, pressing well.
  5. Place the lid on and spread the reserved chocolate mixture over the top.
  6. Cover with dried fruit and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
