The tasty Brazilian brigadeiro cake is in the list of the best chocolate cakes in the world published by the TasteAtlas website, a platform known throughout the world for choosing the best foods in the world.
The delight filled with this sweet which has achieved worldwide success is in eighth place in the ranking. Swedish Kladdkaka was considered the best chocolate cake in the world. The dessert is similar to the American brownie, with dough prepared without yeast and layers that alternate crunchiness and creaminess.
Second place went to the Italian Caprese Cake, a flourless cake made with chocolate and almonds or hazelnuts. Molten lava cake takes third place. This dough contains melted chocolate and has a liquid central part.
