Renata Brasil, nutritionist at the Clínica Soloh de Nutrição, warns of the risks that ingesting lemon with water can cause to the body, such as damage to the stomach wall, especially in people who already have cases of heartburn, gastritis or even ulcers , even if left it will be a mild ulcer.
