Ingredients:
- 1/2 tablespoon refined sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup milk, slightly warmed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 600 g of sifted soft wheat flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 300 g sausages (cut into 3 parts)
Preparation method:
- Place the yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix until you obtain a pasty consistency.
- Then add the milk, salt and egg.
- Mix and gradually add the wheat flour.
- Knead just enough to obtain a smooth, soft and dry dough.
