Known as “the most expensive hair dryer in the world”, the product starts at $200 (in the US), but can reach up to $600, which is equivalent to between $1,000 and $3,000 in the current dollar exchange rate.
For those who are not a regular on TikTok and have never seen a celebrity create looks with the device, the Dyson Airwrap hairdryer has innovative technology that does not damage the hair, is silent and comes with a kit that allows you to attach different nozzles customizable.
You can do a blow dry, a curling iron, use diffusers and many other hairstyles. Celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Lady Gaga and Camila Mendes love it.
Although the product officially arrives in the country only this year, on resale sites you can find the Dyson Airwrap for the “trifle” of R$5,000. Official prices and resale recommendations have not yet been announced by the manufacturer and fans are still waiting.
The most curious thing is to think that the Dyson brand was born more than three decades ago, in 1991, when its creator James Dyson decided to create a vacuum cleaner. The brand’s first dryer was only launched in 2016, the Dyson Supersonic. The Dyson Airwrap appeared just two years later.
