ingredients

  • 1 kg of refined sugar
  • 190 ml of milk
  • 380 g of powdered milk
  • 2 cups of tea dry grated coconut
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation method

In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then remove from the heat, add the milk powder and the grated coconut and mix until you obtain a dense and homogeneous consistency. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with butter, pour the coconut over it and spread it. Wait for it to cool, cut into pieces and serve immediately.



Passion fruit cocktail

  • 120 ml of juice passion fruit integral
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 200g freshly grated coconut
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation method

In a pan add the passion fruit juice and sugar and mix well. Place over medium heat and mix until you obtain a syrup. Then, turn off the heat, add the grated coconut and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Place over medium heat again, stirring until the coconut water has dried. Add the condensed milk and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with butter, form the coconut with the help of a spoon and place it on the tray. Wait for it to cool and then serve.

  • 1/2 cup tea lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Lemon zest to taste
  • 1 cup of water
  • 200g grated dry coconut
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation method

In a pan, add the lemon juice, sugar, lemon zest and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken. Add the grated coconut and mix well. Finally add the condensed milk and mix for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside. Grease a baking tray with butter, form the coconut with the help of a spoon and place it on the tray. Wait for it to cool and then serve.
