Ingredients:
- 1 pack of noisette potatoes
- 600 g of prawns
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ red chili pepper
- 150ml coconut milk
- Green perfume to taste
- 200 g of sliced mozzarella
- 60 g of biquinho pepper
- 60g grated coconut
Preparation method:
- Preheat the electric fryer as directed on the package.
- Add the noisette potatoes, fry them in the fryer for 20 minutes and set aside.
- Place a pan on the heat and add the olive oil and the garlic already cut into cubes.
