Cooked Rice Pancake Dough

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients of the dough until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture, without any grains of rice.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan.
  3. Put a drizzle of olive oil on a sheet of paper towel or use a brush and grease the pan.
  4. Add a small portion of dough and spread it over the entire surface, rotating the pan, until you obtain a thin dough. This dough is very liquid, it takes a little longer to cook.
  5. Let it cook over a very low heat until it comes away from the bottom.
  6. Turn and cook on the other side.
  7. Remove the cooked rice pancakes from the pan, arrange them on a plate and stack them as they are prepared.
  8. Repeat the operation until the dough is finished.
  9. Fill as desired.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve hot, with savory filling, sauce or even as dessert.
