Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 kg of chopped hake
  • 600 g of small peeled prawns
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 5 large boiled potatoes
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 2 cans of cream
  • 1 cup milk (tea)
  • 1 glass of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • Margarine for greasing

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, heat the butter.
  2. Fry the fish and prawns for 2 minutes, with 1 tablespoon each of salt, pepper and parsley.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the potatoes.
  4. In a medium baking dish, greased with margarine, intersperse layers of potatoes, sautéed fish and shrimp, onion and tomato.
