Fish and prawn gratin

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 kg of chopped hake
- 600 g of small peeled prawns
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 5 large boiled potatoes
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 2 cans of cream
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1 glass of cream cheese (200 g)
- 100 g of grated parmesan
- Margarine for greasing
Preparation method:
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the butter.
- Fry the fish and prawns for 2 minutes, with 1 tablespoon each of salt, pepper and parsley.
- Meanwhile, slice the potatoes.
- In a medium baking dish, greased with margarine, intersperse layers of potatoes, sautéed fish and shrimp, onion and tomato.
- In a blender, beat the cream, milk, ricotta, parmesan and the rest of the salt and then pour over the layers in the baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Then serve accompanied by rice and rocket and heart of palm salad.
