Doctor, am I asexual?

A 14-year-old girl says that when she tries to touch herself, she completely loses her will

Doctor, I am a 14 year old girl, almost 15, I want to touch myself, but the desire disappears every time I try. Is there a problem with my body? And I wanted to know if there’s something wrong with me, am I asexual?

Let’s try to answer in parts. So you have the desire to touch yourself, but the moment you start that desire disappears. What can it be? Maybe a lack of intimacy with your body, or some inhibition, or maybe you’re just not that comfortable with stimuli yet.

I think you should understand a little better how you work, what gives you pleasure, what can generate a satisfying response in you and what will keep your desire alive, this desire to touch yourself.

Are you asexual? You’re 14, 15, maybe it’s too early to know. Asexuality is one of the possibilities of sexual orientation, but I think that before thinking about whether you are asexual or not, there must be a phase of discovery, of learning, of understanding yourself and your body.
