Aiming to create clothes that fit all body types, Lela Brandão earns money with a brand that bears her name
The influencer and entrepreneur Lela Brandão she earned R$500,000 after selling out a collection of comfortable clothesranging from PP to G1, in 15 minutes of the brand that bears your name.
This happened last December, with the Desire collection. Successfully, she closed the year with a turnover of R$8.6 million. Designs continue to appear on platforms, most notably the “Comfy” dress.
The data was shared by the magazine Small businesses and large businesses. For the publication, Lela highlighted the strong connection between the audience and the brand as a differentiator for the company. She explained that there are customers who participate in the development of the garments created every month, trying on the clothes and commenting on the products. There are consumers who are also chosen to be models.
“We have a relationship of co-creation, closeness, respect and great affection. They [clientes] they are part of everything we create,” reinforces the content creator, who began creating this ‘community’ in 2020.
Even before the brand launched, 7,000 people were already involved in the trial, participating in a group where spoilers about the trial were given and exclusive pre-sales were available.
In this difference in active participation by consumers, there are three main channels that strengthen these ties, according to Lela’s assessment: her personal profile on Instagram, which accumulates 315 thousand followers; the brand profile, with 123 thousand followers; and the podcast “Gostosas Also Choram”, developed by her.
“Since I’m also a content creator, we have a community that feeds off each other. For example, podcast fans end up consuming the brand. Those who are fans of the brand end up following me to discover more behind the scenes,” she explained.
