Preparation method
Place the dried meat in a pan and cover with water. Place over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes, after boiling. Then turn off the heat, drain the water, wait for it to cool and chop the dried meat. Then put the meat back in the pan and cook over medium heat until the remaining water has dried up. Add the butter and garlic and leave to brown. Finally add the onion and mix until it becomes transparent. Turn off the heat, add the green chillies and serve immediately.

- 1 bunch chopped green chili pepper
- Palm oil to taste

- 100 g of black olive pitted and cut into slices

Preparation method
Place the dried meat in a container, cover with water and leave to macerate for 24 hours. Then drain the water, transfer the meat to a pan and cover with water. Place over high heat and cook for 4 minutes, after boiling. Turn off the heat, drain the water and set aside. In another pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them.

ingredients
- 250 g of dried meat, cleaned, cooked and chopped
- 400 g of cooked beans
- 100 g of bacon cut into cubes
- 100g sliced ​​pepperoni sausage
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of cassava flour
- Olive oil, parsley, chives, salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
Place a large pan over medium heat and brown the bacon in its own fat until crisp. Add the pepperoni and fry until golden brown. Remove excess fat from the pan, leaving just enough for sautéing.
Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until golden. Then add the dried meat and brown it for a few minutes, mixing well to incorporate the flavours. Finally, add the cooked beans to the pan. Season with salt, chives and black pepper, mixing everything gently.
In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat and fry the two eggs until the yolks are cooked but creamy. Then transfer the eggs into the pan with the other ingredients and mix gently. Finally add the flour, continuing to mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
