Ingredients of the small cake

– 7 tablespoons of dietary dulce de leche

– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (flat)

– 2 units of eggs

– 2 tablespoons of xylitol (or anything else of your preference)

– 2 tablespoons of almond flour

Ingredients Grease the Forminhas

– unsalted butter to taste

Finishing ingredients

– Minas fresh cheese to taste, cut into cubes

– dulce de leche diet to taste

PREPARATION:

1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.

2. Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC.

3. Grease individual cupcake molds (7cm diameter).

4. Cut the slice of Minas cheese into cubes.

PREPARATION:

1. Melt the diet dulce de leche with the butter in a pan (about 2 minutes). Let cool.

2. In a bowl, beat the egg and set it aside.

3. Sift the dry ingredients into another bowl: almond flour and xylitol or another ingredient of your choice.

4. Using a wire whisk, mix the cold melted dulce de leche with the egg and sifted dry ingredients.

5. Divide between greased baking trays and bake for 8 minutes.

6. The gnocchi should be cooked on the outside, but very soft on the inside.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

1. This dessert should be served individually assembled.

2. Arrange the gnocchi on the plates on which they will be served.

3. Place some diet dulce de leche alongside.

4. Arrange the Minas cheese cubes on top of the dessert.

5. Serve hot.
