Therefore, the specialist has separated five recipes of functional juices to protect health in different aspects. Watch:
1. To strengthen the heart
Ingredients: 1 apple with peel, 1 orange without peel and seeds, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, 1 tablespoon of fine oat flakes, 1 large glass (250 ml) of water.
Nutrition advice: “The soluble fibers present in citrus fruits, apples and oats delay the absorption of fats and glucose during digestion, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. In addition, apples, rich in quercetin, also prevent the formation of clots in the blood. And flaxseed, thanks to omega 3, acts as a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory”, he explains.
2. Improves the gastrointestinal process
Ingredients: 1 slice of beautiful papaya, 1 peeled and seeded orange, 1 pitted black plum, 1 tablespoon of golden flax seeds, 1 large glass (250 ml) of water.
Nutrition tip: “Fiber acts like a sponge and, together with water, makes stool bulkier, which stimulates and speeds up intestinal transit,” says Greice.
3. Promote a feeling of well-being
Ingredients: 1 large glass (250 ml) of soy drink, 5 strawberries, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts or chestnuts.
Nutritional advice: “Tryptophan is an essential amino acid precursor of serotonin, which acts in the central nervous system and transmits a feeling of pleasure and well-being to the body. 4. Fight anemia
Ingredients: 2 chopped cabbage leaves, 2 peeled and seeded oranges, 1 medium slice of peeled pineapple, 1 large glass (250 ml) of water.

5. Recover from diarrhea
Ingredients: -1 slice of watermelon, lemongrass leaves, 1 tablespoon of golden flax seeds, 1 tablespoon of wheat germ, 1 glass (250ml) of mineral water.
Nutritional advice: “In case of diarrhea, hydration is essential. Since water alone does not replace the nutrients necessary for the body’s recovery, juice can be a good option. Watermelon is made up of a large quantity of water and provides vitamins A and C, potassium and other minerals.
