Casa Clã took place last weekend (8, 9 and 10 March) and, in addition to numerous talks and presentations, those registered for the event were also able to try three special fitness classes: yoga, held by Studio Vidya; worCAUt, a functional course taught by the Cau Saad team; and Ballet Fly, a flexibility class followed by acrobatics on fabric.
To provide support and comfort during these lessons, Boa Forma and Claudia (the brands organizing the event) have selected a special mat: Domyos, a high-density fitness mat free of phthalates (a carcinogenic component common in many products in the category ).

Domyos is a thick mat and, therefore, prevents losing balance during exercises performed standing or with the support of the knees and hands.
