Chef Chico Ferreira is offering free programming in celebration of the restaurant’s first anniversary
Le Jazz Boulangerie turns one in March and, to celebrate, chef Chico Ferreira will hold a chat open to the public on Friday 15 March, at 5pm. The theme of the meeting will be natural fermentation. During the meeting the chef will address the differences between the different families of bread produced internally. Home cooking tips and the best ways to use and store bread will also be a topic in the free chat.
At the weekend (16 and 17/03), the Boulangerie continues with the celebrations. On these two days, bouquets of A Bela do Dia flowers will be sold at the bakery. And, from 8am to 3pm, customers will be offered a tasting of Astro coffees.
The chat on 03/15 is free, but places are limited. To participate, simply register on WhatsApp: 11 99814-4483. Le Jazz Boulangerie follows the French baking tradition using the operating model of São Paulo bakeries.
