Potato bread
ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled, chopped and diced
- 15 g of fresh organic yeast
- 1 tablespoon of soup of sugar
- 120 ml of warm water
- 60 ml of sunflower seed oil
- 4 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Water for cooking
Preparation method
Place the potatoes in a pan, cover them with water, add a little salt and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are soft. Then drain the water, wait for it to cool and, with the help of a fork, mash the potatoes well. Reserve. Place the yeast and sugar in a container and mix. Add the warm water, salt, oil and potatoes and mix.
Gradually add the wheat flour and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Then divide the dough into 8 equal balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover and let rest for 40 minutes. In a container, add olive oil and soy sauce and mix well. Brush the bread with the mixture and place it in a preheated oven at 240°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Whole grain bread
ingredients
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 tablespoon organic dry yeast
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup white wheat flour
- Greasing oil
Preparation method
Place the water, yeast, sugar, half the white flour in a container, mix and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Then add the salt, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, wholemeal flour and the rest of the white flour and knead until you obtain a smooth and soft dough.
Cover the container and let it rest until pasta grow. With oiled hands, gently knead the dough and transfer it into a greased English cake pan. Let it rest for another 20 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Carrot bread
ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
- 10 g of organic dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 carrots peeled and sliced
- 5 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour for dusting
- Sunflower oil for brushing
Preparation method
Place the sugar, water, salt, turmeric, oil and carrots in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Reserve. Place the wheat flour and yeast in a container and mix well. Pour the contents of the blender into the container and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Sprinkle a smooth surface with wheat flour, place the dough on it and knead well. Transfer back to the container, cover and leave to rest until doubled in volume. Next, place the dough on an English cake pan, brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Banana bread with cinnamon
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups white wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 15 g of organic dry yeast
- 2 bananas, peeled and mashed
- 1 cup of milk soy
Preparation method
Place all the ingredients, except the bananas, in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Cover and let rest for 1 hour. Then add the bananas, knead the dough and place it in a cake pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Pumpkin bread
ingredients
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seed oil
- 1 cup of blended tea pumpkin
- 3/4 cup warm water
- Salt to taste
- Sunflower oil for greasing and brushing
- Wheat flour for dusting
Preparation method
Place the wheat flour, sugar and yeast in a container and mix well. Add the oil, pumpkin puree, salt and water and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Grease your hands with oil, take the dough, place it on a smooth surface floured with wheat flour and knead the dough for 5 minutes. Form a ball, place it in a container, cover it and let it rest until it doubles in volume. Next, place the dough in an English cake pan, brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden. Serve immediately.
