“Listen as much as you can, music makes you sleepy, relaxes you. It’s wonderful,” he advises.

Listen to energy protection mantras

In addition to energy frequencies, listening to protective mantras can also be useful to ward off negative energy.

“Mantras are characterized by being made up of positive affirmations, using thoughts and intentions to attract the things you want. You can listen to several of them, because mantras have an underlying frequency, and this increases our positive feelings, such as hope, for example example,” says Nanda.

Energy bath

Finally, bath time can also be used to ward off negative energies and bring good ones closer.

“Get in the bathtub and set an energy frequency to listen to, because as I said before, it impacts the water. Leave your cell phone on silent or away from you so that notifications don’t interrupt the process and it doesn’t disturb you or it distracts you,” recommends the law of attraction specialist.

Nanda also explains that when you turn on the shower, you have to go in with your whole head and let the water pass over your whole body. “Right now, with your eyes closed, you should say some affirmations like: ‘This water takes away all the negativity from me’. Make these affirmations as the water passes over your body and imagine as if it is cleansing all this energy from you” , he concludes.
