Curau special filling

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Ground cinnamon to taste for sprinkling
Filling
- 2 level tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks
Preparation method:
- Remove the corn kernels from the cob with a sharp knife near the cob.
- Blend in the blender with the milk for 5 minutes.
- Pass through a sieve or a fine cloth, pressing well until all the liquid comes out.
- Place the liquid in a pan with the condensed milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring until it releases from the bottom of the pan. Reserve.
- For the filling, in a pan, dissolve the corn starch in the milk, add the condensed milk and the sifted egg yolks.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Pour half the curau into a medium baking dish, spread the condensed milk cream and cover with the remaining curau.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and leave to cool before serving. Serve at room temperature or refrigerated.
