Homemade cocoa bread

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 100ml hot coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 15 g of fresh organic yeast
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 4 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
- Wheat flour for dusting
- Margarine for greasing
- 4 egg whites for brushing
Roof:
- 300g semi-sweet chocolate
- 200 g of cream
Preparation method:
- Blend the ingredients except the wheat flour in a blender.
- In a container, add the liquid beaten with the flour and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes, leaving the dough elastic and soft.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Form a ball with the dough.
- Place on a greased baking tray and then brush with egg white.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the cream.
- When you take the bread out of the oven, pour the dressing over it and serve immediately.
