Homemade cocoa bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 100ml hot coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 15 g of fresh organic yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour
  • Wheat flour for dusting
  • Margarine for greasing
  • 4 egg whites for brushing

Roof:

  • 300g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 200 g of cream

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the ingredients except the wheat flour in a blender.
  2. In a container, add the liquid beaten with the flour and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes, leaving the dough elastic and soft.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Form a ball with the dough.
  6. Place on a greased baking tray and then brush with egg white.
  7. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the cream.
  9. When you take the bread out of the oven, pour the dressing over it and serve immediately.
