Ingredients:
- 800 g of pork ribs
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 4 French sandwiches
- 4 slices of mozzarella
- 4 lettuce leaves
Preparation method:
- Season the chops with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place in pressure cooker, cover with water and cover.
