  • 200g sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Mix the sweet potato puree with the quinoa, egg, onion and parsley in a container until you obtain a smooth mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Then, with the mixture, form the burgers. Over medium heat, heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and grill the meat Hamburger until golden brown on both sides. Serve with salad or whatever you prefer.

Then pour in the boiling water, covering all the vegetables, and cook them until they are al dente. Then, remove from the heat, drain it and let it cool. Place the watercress, cooked vegetables, onion and Brazil nuts in a salad bowl. Season with salt, oil and black pepper and serve immediately.

  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/4 cup of peanuts bites

Preparation method

Arrange the sweet potatoes in a baking dish and season with salt, olive oil and black pepper. Bake in a preheated medium oven until soft and golden. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool. In a salad bowl, combine the roasted sweet potatoes, lentils and walnuts. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper. Mix gently. Serve immediately with arugula.

  • 2 orange sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup chopped and sautéed spinach

Preparation method

Cut the sweet potatoes in half, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated medium oven until soft. In a bowl, mix the feta with the spinach, salt, rosemary, nutmeg and black pepper. Remove part of the potato pulp with a spoon and fill it with the cheese and spinach filling. Preparation method

In a pan, heat the oil over low heat and fry the onion and garlic until golden. Then add the sweet potatoes, chickpeas, cumin and vegetable broth and raise the heat to medium. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until sweet potato is tender. Then transfer the mixture to the blender and blend until it reaches a creamy consistency. Return the soup to the pan and heat over medium heat. Serve immediately.
