The chocolate Easter dove dessert is perfect for enhancing the typical flavors of the date
At Easter it is traditional to enjoy delicacies that symbolize renewal, sharing and love. With this in mind, Camicado created a recipe that combines two culinary icons: the rabanada and the colomba pascal. The result is a unique dessert, delicious and very easy to prepare. Watch!
Ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks
- 180 ml of milk
- 180 ml of cream
- 60 g of sugar
- Vanilla
- 1 chocolate Easter dove
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml of milk
- Butter without salt
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation method:
Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar until white. Heat the milk, cream and remaining sugar in a saucepan. Add some vanilla. Gradually add the eggs.
Return to the pan and heat until firmer. Cut the Easter dove, dip it in milk, beaten egg and fry it in butter. Complete with sugar and cinnamon.
To set the table when enjoying this delight with family, friends or even alone, invest in plates, cutlery, glasses, tableware and decorative objects typical of Easter. Also include flowers to decorate the table.
