Gratin creamed corn:
Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 cans drained corn
- 2 cups milk (tea)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and oregano to taste
- 1 pack of cream (200 g)
- 1 cup diced fried bacon
Preparation method:
- In a blender, blend half the corn, milk and cornstarch for 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a pan, add the butter, the rest of the corn, season with salt and oregano and cook, stirring, until it thickens.
- Turn off, add the cream and mix.
- Pour into a refractory container, cover with spoonfuls of cream cheese and bacon.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
