Gratin the creamed corn au gratin in a very simple and quick way

With cream cheese and fried bacon, this recipe can revitalize any meal. The preparation method is simple and only takes 35 minutes! So, check all the preparation instructions:

Gratin creamed corn:

Time: 35 minutes

Performance: 6 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans drained corn
  • 2 cups milk (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and oregano to taste
  • 1 pack of cream (200 g)
  • 1 cup diced fried bacon

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, blend half the corn, milk and cornstarch for 3 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a pan, add the butter, the rest of the corn, season with salt and oregano and cook, stirring, until it thickens.
  3. Turn off, add the cream and mix.
  4. Pour into a refractory container, cover with spoonfuls of cream cheese and bacon.
  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
