This thesis does not overshadow the fact that a lot still depends on the response of each person’s body, but in principle the idea is that a workout should be changed every four weeks.
The concept is simple: change training, that is, work each muscle group and also specific muscles. Among the many examples are the regular barbell squat and the sumo squat, which works different muscles.
“As we prepare the training schedule, it is important to have this variation of exercises to use as many muscles in the body as possible to achieve a better result,” added the professional.

“In addition to overloading that joint, you end up not activating the muscle groups, as well as not making it aesthetically pleasing. You don’t get a harmonious body and you could overload the joint of a limb. This is the main impact,” he replied.

“The best parameter for this is the mirror. When you feel that your muscles are becoming denser, more toned, more defined and when you feel that it is more comfortable to wear clothes that constrict you. Then, the best parameter is in fact the mirror” , concluded Aline Becker.
