“Here we highlight the interest in fruits, vegetables and seasonings. We have observed an interesting movement towards growing their own gardens in homes or businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, which the study reinforces. However, it is interesting to note that species such as bonsai, exotic flowers and ornamental plants continue to have a loyal following,” comments Vitor.
