ingredients

  • 1 sachet of vanilla flavored cake mix
  • 3/4 cup milk (tea)
  • 3 eggs (separate egg whites and yolks)
  • 2/3 cup of strawberry yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (tea) of oil
  • 1 cup washed strawberries (for garnish)
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

  • 4 cups powdered sugar (pastries)
  • 1/4 cup milk (tea)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of red food coloring
  • 3 cups of strawberries (washed)

Method of preparation

Blend the mixture of pasta, milk, egg yolks, yogurt and oil in a blender until the mixture is smooth. Beat the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the dough. Grease and flour a medium rectangular shape of 35 x 25 cm and pour the dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool and unmold. Place all ingredients for the filling, except the food coloring and strawberries, in the mixer and beat for 15 minutes or until light and airy.

Add the food coloring a little at a time until you get a light red color. Blend to mix well. Reserve half to cover. Chop the strawberries and add them to the remaining cream. Cut the cake in half, spread the filling, cover with the other layer of cake and spread the smooth cream. Cut the cake into squares, decorate with whole strawberries and wrap one by one in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
