- 2 cups thick rolled oats;
- 50 g of black chia;
- 50 g of sunflower seeds;
- 50 g of pumpkin seeds;
- 50 g of pistachios;
- 50 g of flaked almonds;
- 50 g of walnuts;
- 50 g of cashews;
- salt;
- Black pepper;
- smoked paprika;
- oil.
Preparation method:
Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
