  • 2 cups thick rolled oats;
  • 50 g of black chia;
  • 50 g of sunflower seeds;
  • 50 g of pumpkin seeds;
  • 50 g of pistachios;
  • 50 g of flaked almonds;
  • 50 g of walnuts;
  • 50 g of cashews;
  • salt;
  • Black pepper;
  • smoked paprika;
  • oil.

Preparation method:

Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
