Practical recipe for tapioca cubes with honey:

Performance: 5 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiling milk
  • 250 g of grated Coalho cheese
  • Fry oil
  • Honey to accompany

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the tapioca and boiling milk until dissolved.
  2. Add the cheese, salt and mix.
  3. Spread into a medium rectangular baking pan lined with aluminum foil, leveling with a spoon.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  5. Unmold, remove the paper and cut into squares.
  6. Fry, little by little, in boiling oil until golden brown.
  7. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with honey.
