Beetroot soup
Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 chopped peeled beets (500 g)
- 1.5 liters + 1/2 tablespoon of water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 sachets of SAZÓN® Yellow Seasoning powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of AJI-SAL®
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation method:
- In a large pressure cooker, add the oil and heat over high heat.
- Add the onion and sauté for 4 minutes or until transparent.
- Add the beetroot, 1.5 liters of water, lemon juice, sugar and SAZÓN® Seasoning and leave to cook for 15 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Transfer to the blender glass and blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Return to high heat, in a pan, add the AJI-SAL® and the cornstarch already dissolved in the remaining water and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute or until it thickens.
- Serve immediately.
