Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 300 g raw peanuts in shell
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder
- Margarine for greasing
- Crystalline sugar to pass
Preparation method:
- Pour the sugar and peanuts into a pan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes or until you obtain a golden caramel.
- Without stopping stirring, add the condensed milk, butter, salt and chocolate.
- Continue stirring for 10 minutes or until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
