Coffee ice cream

ingredients

  • 250 g of milk cream fresh ice cream
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons of instant coffee

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients in a mixer and beat for 10 minutes. Transfer to a container with a lid and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and return to the blender. Beat for another 10 minutes and return to the container. Place in the freezer for another 6 hours. Serve immediately.

Coffee Mousse

ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 12 g of jelly tasteless powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cappuccino powder
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation method

Place the gelatine and water in a container and, in a bain-marie, heat over medium heat until completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and set aside. Place the milk, cappuccino, condensed milk and gelatine in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Reserve.

Place the egg whites and sugar in a pan and mix. Place over medium heat to cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, transfer the mixture to a mixer and beat until the volume doubles. Add the cream with the reserved coffee and mix. Pour into mousse cups and refrigerate until solidified. Serve immediately.

Coffee pavé with dulce de leche

ingredients

  • 70 ml of milk
  • 3 teaspoons of extra strong instant coffee
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 750 g of cream
  • 160 g of chocolate semi-bitter powder
  • 160 g of dulce de leche
  • 160 g of chocolate biscuit
  • Coffee prepared to taste

Preparation method

In a saucepan, add the instant coffee and milk and mix. Cook over medium heat until boiling. In the meantime, place the egg yolk and sugar in a container and beat until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Turn off the heat, add the milk and coffee to the mixture and stir to combine. Reserve. Add half the cream and the semi-sweet chocolate to a pan, mix and heat over medium heat until smooth. Turn off the heat, add the previously reserved mixture and set aside.

In another pan, add the dulce de leche and the remaining cream and mix. Then, on a serving plate, make a layer with the chocolate and coffee cream, dip the biscuits in the filtered coffee and place them on top of the cream. Cover with the dulce de leche cream and repeat the operation until the entire container is filled, finishing with the chocolate and coffee cream. Place in the fridge to cool and serve immediately.

  • 3 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 250ml of water
  • 2 cups of powdered milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cappuccino powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee

Preparation method

In a pudding mold, add the sugar and place over medium heat to melt. Gradually add the coffee and cook until caramelized. Turn off the heat, spread the syrup over the bottom and sides of the pan and set aside. Place the eggs, sugar, milk, water, powdered milk and cappuccino in a blender and blend for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture into the mold with the syrup and, in a bain-marie, cook in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 25 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Unmold and serve.

Coffee cake with syrup

ingredients

Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 200 ml of brewed coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Syrup

  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee

Preparation method

Place all the cake ingredients, excluding the yeast, in the mixer and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add the yeast and beat again to incorporate. Grease a baking tray with butter and flour with wheat flour, place the dough on it and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, carefully remove from the mold and set aside. Place the condensed milk and coffee in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Pour over the cake and serve immediately.
