Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pack crushed cornstarch biscuits (300g)
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • Whipped cream and ground cinnamon to taste to decorate

Filling:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Roof:

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 bananas sliced ​​lengthwise

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the biscuit with the butter until it forms a moist crumb.
  2. Distribute it on the bottom and sides of a 22cm diameter cake tin and bake in a preheated medium oven for 7 minutes or until it solidifies.
  3. Remove and reserve.
  4. Meanwhile, for the filling, blend the bananas, egg yolks, milk and condensed milk in a blender for 1 minute.
  5. Reserve.
  6. Heat a saucepan with the sugar and water and let it melt and brown slightly.
