In a pan, add the milk, coconut milk, cornstarch and half the coconut sugar. Place over medium heat (without stopping stirring) and cook until you obtain a smooth cream. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and transfer it to a round plate with a central bottom. Refrigerate until solid. Meanwhile, in another pan, add the remaining coconut sugar, plums and water.
