How to clean?
Fill the fryer container with water, up to the limit of the equipment. Add 50ml of detergent, 50ml of alcoholic vinegar and a spoonful of bicarbonate, mix the ingredients well.
Place the solution in the fryer for 10 minutes at 200º degrees. Once the time has elapsed, remove the mixture and let the equipment cool. Then clean the entire internal part with completely dry steel wool.
