The Rio pizzeria that welcomed Madonna’s daughters is one of the 10 best in Latin America

According to columnist Cláudia Meirelles, from Metrópoles, Mercy James, 18, and Estere, 11, went to the pizzeria accompanied by other people. Ophthalmologist Léo Borges recorded the moment. The place, run by Japanese-American chef Sei Shiroma, serves naturally fermented pizzas, made using wood fires.

The house currently has four units in Rio; as well as Botafogo, Barra da Tijuca, Leblon and Ipanema. Successful flavors of individual pizzas include: Domenico (R$63), Fraz (R$65) and Rocket Queen (R$65). The pizzeria also serves various and tasty drinks such as the Pisco Sour, the passion Mule and the Perfetto Lemone.

Ferro e Farinha ranked ninth in the Top 50 of the recently published Guide to the Best Artisanal Pizzerias in Latin America.
