Super practical creamy Cocada, with 3 ingredients and a perfect result, in the Airfryer

A delicious and moist coconut, very creamy and prepared with only 3 ingredients

Recipe for 2 people.

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Ingredients of Creamy Cocada in the Airfryer:

– 1 unit of eggs

– 1/2 cup(s) of sugar

– 1 cup(s) fresh or hydrated shredded coconut

Ingredients FOR GREATING:

– unsalted butter to taste


  1. With the recipe for 2 portions you get 4 pieces in bowls or refractory molds 7 cm in diameter by 5 cm high.
  2. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  3. Measure out the freshly grated coconut, add it to the cup and squeeze it until it is full.
  4. Grease bowls or baking molds with a little butter.
  5. Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.


Creamy Cocada in the Airfryer:

  1. In a bowl, beat the egg/s with the sugar until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  2. Add the grated coconut and mix again until a consistent dough forms.
  3. Using a spoon, spread the dough into greased baking bowls or molds.
  4. Place the molds in the Airfryer basket and insert them into the drawer.
  5. Close the drawer and bake at 160°C for about 18 minutes (this time may vary depending on the amount of dough in the molds and the power of the equipment) or until the coconuts are golden and have a compact crust on the surface .
  6. Remove from equipment and let cool.


  1. Serve the creamy coconut in the airfryer in the refractory tank(s).
