Oat bread

ingredients
- 2 cups of oatmeal tea
- 1 cup sweet cassava starch
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon organic yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup of tea mixed chestnuts
- Coconut oil for greasing
- Wholemeal flour for dusting
Preparation method
In a container, place the oats, sweet cassava starch, brown sugar and xanthan gum and mix well. In the center of the mixture, make a well and add the egg, salt and half the water. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous consistency and, little by little, add the rest of the water. Then add the chestnut mix, walnuts, yeast, carrot and mix. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Then grease a baking tray with coconut oil and flour it with wheat flour, pour the dough over it and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, unmold and serve.
Chicken meatballs with oatmeal
ingredients
- 350 g of breast chicken cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoons peeled and chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon peeled and grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons finely oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for grilling

Preparation method

ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 onions peeled and chopped
- 1 zuchinis peeled and chopped

ingredients
- 1 cup fine rolled oats
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup of tea pumpkin peeled and cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Water for cooking
- Coconut oil for greasing
- Wholemeal flour for dusting
Preparation method
Place the pumpkin pieces in a pan, cover with water, salt and cook over medium heat until soft. Turn off the heat, drain the water, wait for it to cool and transfer the pumpkin into a container and, using a fork, mash it. Add the oats, coconut oil, cinnamon and sugar and mix well. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and flour it with wheat flour, shape the biscuits and place them on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Serve immediately.
Oat pizza with vegetables
ingredients
- 1 cup fine rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Oregano and basil to taste
Preparation method
In a container, mix the oats, oat flour, egg, water, yeast and salt until a smooth dough forms. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a baking tray with coconut oil. Spread the dough onto the baking tray, forming a thin circle. Bake for 10 minutes or until the dough is lightly golden.

ingredients
- 1 cup of oatmeal
