Cream angel hair

Time: 40 minutes

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of cream
  • Zest of the peel and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 can of drained peas
  • 100 g of ham in strips
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan

Preparation method

  1. Cook the pasta in abundant boiling salted water for 2 minutes and drain it (reserve 1/4 glass of the cooking liquid).
  2. The noodles should be almost hard.
  3. Heat the cream, lemon juice, zest, reserved liquid, peas, ham in a pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Leave to boil for 5 minutes over low heat.
  5. Form 4 nest mounds in 4 individual refractory molds and cover with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan and cook in a high, preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
