Pasta with pesto

Time: 20 minutes

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy


  • 1 pack of bow tie noodles (500 g)
  • 1 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 100g freshly grated parmesan

Preparation method:

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, in a blender, blend the basil with the oil and garlic.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate, mix the chestnuts and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta and arrange it on a plate.
  5. Mix the sauce and top with freshly grated parmesan.
  6. Serve immediately.
