EQUIPMENT

conventional

METERS

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Ingredients FOR GREAKING

– oil to taste

Ingredients OAT BISCUITS AND PARMESAN

– 1 cup(s) gluten-free fine rolled oats

– Salt to taste

– 2 tablespoons of lactose-free parmesan

– 1 cup(s) of water

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils. This snack is more neutral and has a “whole” consistency given by the oat bran: it is very reminiscent of Swedish bread. Ideal to serve with dry pastries and pâtés. If you want it smoother, use oat flour.
  3. For 2 portions we recommend using a 20×30 cm baking tray. Grease with a thin layer of oil.

PREPARATION:

Oat and Parmesan biscuit (plate type) – Dough preparation:

  1. Mix fine rolled oats or oat flour with parmesan and salt.
  2. Then add the water.
  3. Mix well, forming a very liquid mixture.

Oat and Parmesan biscuit (flat type) – Cooking:

  1. Place the dough into the pan(s).
  2. Level well, distributing it evenly on the tray(s).
  3. Place in the preheated oven and level the pan on the rack so that the dough is evenly distributed and has the same thickness.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the dough is very crunchy.
  5. Increase time if necessary.
  6. Turn off the oven, remove the tray(s).
  7. Let cool.
  8. Then break it into uneven pieces.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the oat and parmesan biscuit as a snack and accompany it with pastries of your choice.
  2. Store in an airtight container or other tightly closed container to maintain crispness.
