  • 1 cup of tea almonds
  • 300 ml of hot water
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia butter
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 drop of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Waterfall
  • 70% grated chocolate for decoration

Preparation method

Place the almonds in a container, cover with water and leave to macerate for 8 hours. Then drain the almonds and transfer them to a blender. Add the hot water and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Filter the liquid obtained, put it in a pan and place it on medium heat with the cocoa powder, the sugar brown, cinnamon, butter and vanilla essence. Mix until you obtain a creamy hot chocolate. Turn off the heat, remove the cinnamon, put it in a cup, sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve immediately.

  • 350 ml of oat milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 5 paçocas wrinkled
  • 200 g of coconut milk
  • Paçoca to decorate

Preparation method

In a pan, add the coconut milk and cocoa and mix. Add the oat milk and paçocas, mix and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4 minutes and turn off the heat. Transfer to a cup or mug, decorate with the paçoca and serve immediately.
