Mushroom risotto

  • 1 cup arborio rice tea
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 liter of broth vegetables
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 150 g of Parisian mushrooms
  • 200 g of freshly grated parmesan
  • 1/2 glass of dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut them into thin slices. Reserve. In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and brown it. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they begin to darken. Turn off the heat and transfer the mushrooms into a container. Reserve.

In the same pan, add the rice and brown over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the wine and fry until reduced. Gradually add the vegetable broth until the rice is soft, stirring constantly. Finally add the mushrooms, butter and cheese and cook until the cheese melts. Turn off the heat, season with salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.

Stuffed chicken breast

ingredients

  • 1 breast of chicken
  • 3 tablespoons of ricotta
  • 1 tomato, seeded and cut into slices
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • Salt, oregano and ground black pepper to taste
  • Toothpick to close
  • Greasing oil

Preparation method

Cut the chicken breast into 4 equally sized fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Separate 2 fillets and spread the cream cheese on each of them. Arrange the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with oregano. Then cover with the fillets set aside to form two sandwiches. Secure with toothpicks and set aside.

Grease a skillet with olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Place the chicken in the pan and brown on both sides. Turn off the heat, transfer to a baking tray greased with olive oil and cover with the tomato sauce. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

Vegetable paella

  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup green bean tea
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup asparagus herbal tea
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 l of vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons saffron
  • 1 cup rice tea
  • 1 cup of tea broccoli chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the green beans, peppers, asparagus and carrots and sauté until the vegetables are soft. Add half the vegetable broth and the saffron and cook until it boils. Reduce the heat, add the rice, salt and black pepper and mix well. Gradually add the rest of the vegetable broth, stirring constantly, until the rice is soft. Finally add the broccoli and mix to combine with the other ingredients. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.

  • 500 g of white beans
  • 500 g of pork loin cut into cubes
  • 1 pepper sausage cut into slices
  • 2 pairs cut into slices
  • 200 g of Bacon dice
  • 3 onions peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 6 chopped tomatoes
  • Salt, olive oil, ground black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste
  • Hot water

Preparation method

Place the white beans in a container, cover with water and leave to macerate for 8 hours. Then drain the water, wash the white beans under running water and set them aside. In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the loin and brown it for 5 minutes. Add the white beans, the Paios, the Calabrian sausage and the bacon and brown for 5 minutes. Cover with water, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes, after coming to pressure. Turn off the heat, wait for the pressure to release, add the tomatoes and cook again over low heat until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.

Ground meatloaf

  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup tea oatmeal thin
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • Salt, olive oil and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation method

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and brown it. Reserve. Place the egg in a container and beat it with a fork until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add the onion, soy sauce, oats, half the barbecue sauce, parsley, salt and ground beef. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass. Form a roll, place the meat on a baking tray greased with olive oil and brush it with the remaining barbecue sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Pesto pasta with seafood

  • 2 cups basil leaf tea
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 5 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 250 g of spaghetti
  • 200 g of Bedthey are not clean

Preparation method

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add 2 cloves of garlic. Fry until golden brown. Add the prawns and calamari. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the prawns are pink and the calamari are tender. Then add the pasta and pesto. Mix gently. Serve immediately.

  • 2 cleaned salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pulp 2 passion fruit
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

In a container, season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Reserve. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Arrange the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked to your liking. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the passion fruit pulp and cook until it thickens. Serve the salmon with the sauce.
