Ingredients:

Pasta:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 level tablespoon of tapioca starch
  • Culinary stevia to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Filling:

  • 1 level tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate flavored whey protein
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate powder (40% cocoa)

Preparation method:

  1. For the crepioca dough, beat all the ingredients with a fork and pour the contents into a pan greased with coconut oil.
  2. Fry the dough on both sides.
