Delicious cheese fondue

Time: 25 minutes

Performance: 6 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 200 g of fresh cream
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped green chilli to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Melt the margarine in a pan over medium heat and brown the onion until softened, without letting it brown.
  2. Add the flour, cream and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cheddar and Catupiry® to the pan and stir until smooth.
  4. Season the fondue with salt, pepper and green perfume.
  5. Transfer to a fondue pot and then serve with bread, if desired.
