Ingredients for Roasted Baked Ribs with Potatoes and Tomatoes

  • 800 g of potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup (tea) of hot water
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 2 sliced ​​onions

Method of preparation

Season the steak with the garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer to a pan and arrange the potatoes around it. Dissolve the meat broth in the hot water and pour the meat and potatoes over it.
