Coconut rice pudding
Time: 40 minutes
Performance: 8 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw, washed rice
- 2 liters of milk
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 cinnamon stick and ground cinnamon to taste for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- In a pan, add the rice, coconut and half the milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes until almost dry.
- Add the remaining milk, sugar, cinnamon and cook for another 10 minutes or until cooked but not dry.
- Let it cool and then serve.
- If desired, decorate with cinnamon sticks and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
