Ingredients for POPCORN SAGU

– 1/2 cup(s) of sago

– 3/4 spoon(s) of oil

– Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate all the necessary utensils and ingredients.

Sago popcorn:

  1. Place the sago in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and salt to taste.
  3. Cover the bowl with cling film, making holes for ventilation.
  4. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the microwave, keep the cling film on (carefully, as it will be hot) and rotate the bowl to mix the sago.
  6. Return to the microwave and heat for another minute or until the sago is cooked and translucent. If necessary, adjust the time based on the power of your microwave.
  7. Remove from the microwave, let it rest for a few seconds and carefully remove the film to avoid burning yourself.
  8. Add salt to taste.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. It is used for sago popcorn hot on a plate or tray.
